Write it down, let it go

Write it down - icon of book an dpenYou know you have to let it go. Dwelling, ruminating, overthinking serves no purpose.

If you can use this failure as fuel for the next stage, that is ideal.

Worse case scenario, write it down and screw that paper into a ball, rip it up if you are still charged, and then throw it out.

A better scenario is writing it in your failure or other journal or on a piece of handy paper.

Hone in on what did and what didn't work. Review what you are trying to achieve.

Now make a plan.
