Dear FJ,
Despite my endeavour to lose (A LOT OF) weight and get healthy, I have gained a kilo this month... Clothes feeling tight. Me feeling like a failure.
But I am uplifted and hopeful on reflection to realise that what will help me is:
- not eating Chargrill Charlies
- walking 8000+ steps a day, and
- not eating in the late hours of the evening
- plus a reduced eating window 12 to 9 might help solve this problem!
Note, I am not about losing weight for appearance sake – I'm more about lowering my blood pressure!
