I'm STILL failing, but I don't feel so bad about it!
In fact, when I write it down I often feel... well... good.
Here are some of my failures and how I think about them.
There are sooo many advantages to failure-journalling – but my current favourite reasons are:
1. Writing it down keeps the goal top of mind and keeps you on track
2. Writing it down makes you use more of your brain – you are moving, touching, thinking, hearing and seeing. This is known to improve learning.
